Order Processing Times
All orders placed through Pecsplender are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

If we are experiencing higher order volume, processing may be delayed. Should a significant delay occur, we will contact you via the email provided at checkout.
Shipping Regions
Pecsplender currently ships exclusively within the United States.

Pecsplender may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly communicated on our website. Any applicable duties or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Local Delivery & Pickup
We do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup at this time. All orders are shipped directly to the customer’s provided address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours after your order has shipped, please contact our support team.
Changes, Cancellations & Returns
If you need to request a change or cancellation after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pecsplender.com. We may not be able to modify or cancel orders after they have entered the shipping process. For returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy. If your order arrives damaged, lost, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
